A keen interest in how the mind works led me to consider a career as a hypnotherapist. Having benefited from hypnotherapy for weight loss, I tried hypnotherapy to help with the birth of my daughter and was so impressed with the results that I decided to train with the Institute of Natural Therapy.

I am now a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register, the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and listed on the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.
