• Stop Smoking package: £60
• Shape-Shifter Group Session: £10 each per session (10 weeks)
• Childbirth Group Session: £10 each per session (3 weeks)
• Stop Smoking Group Session: £20 each per session (3 weeks)
• All other treatments: £40 per session

It is impossible to predict how many sessions will be required, because each problem is individual to the client and people respond to hypnosis differently. All treatments include a CD to take home to reinforce the therapy.

The stop smoking package is not more expensive as another way to make smokers feel persecuted! This is one of the main treatments where clients will see immediate financial reward when they no longer have to buy any more cigarettes. Smokers usually only require one session, but this package includes further hypnotherapy support for a month after the initial consultation if required. A self-hypnosis CD to take home is also included. If someone has a 20-a-day habit, they will get the cost of the stop smoking package back in about two weeks, from the money saved not buying cigarettes.

Group sessions are available for weight loss, childbirth and to stop smoking. Please contact me to express an interest and I will contact you once enough people are interested, to arrange a time and place which is suitable for everyone. If you are interested in sponsoring a session in your home, then you will only pay half the normal price.

If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, please phone or text me to let me know. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given, otherwise the full fee may be payable. Please consider other clients who may be in need of an appointment.
